“We had a wonderful stay at this cozy little cabin on the lake. Thoughtfully designed, it included everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Inside, the classic Minnesota cabin aesthetic came through beautifully—plenty of pine tongue-and-groove paneling and charming wildlife decor set the tone.What really surprised me was the variety of waterfowl on the lake. As a lifelong Minnesotan, I spotted several birds I couldn’t even identify, which says something!I titled this a "Diamond in the Rough"...

“We had a wonderful, relaxing getaway. We loved the boathouse--cute, quaint, and right on the water. The air conditioning worked well and was a life-saver in the hot, humid weekend weather. The owners were friendly, responsive to questions, and communicated well. No real swimming area at the property (unless you went further out into the lake), but it was a lot of fun to take advantage of the provided kayaks and paddleboards. “Plenty of fish were caught from the dock, coffee and snacks were enjoyed on the spacious deck overlooking the lake, games and our sit-down Saturday night dinner at the kitchen table - all contributed to time together for our busy family. Kitchen supplies/organization fantastic. Only issue was bunk beds and loft in the same room. Access to upper beds didn’t work for our ages, mobilities, so two of us slept in living room, but it was a small detraction from our long, relaxing weekend together.”
