Rooms were clean. 2 out of the 4 rooms didn't have a TV that worked . 1 rm toilet was broken. The breakfast was not very good, went to Perkins instead

Room was ok, reception staff was unimpressive. Room has no towels, had to return to front desk to get some. TV in room was not working. No one at reception when checking out had to call to request a receipt and am still waiting for one to be emailed to me.
