Friendly and helpful staff, clean room with plenty of natural light and great views from the 6th floor. Walkable to bars, restaurants, shops and parks. Overall, very nice!

This hotel was easy to get to, had plenty of things to do close by and was clean and quiet! I slept so well in the comfy bed!

We checked in late on a Friday evening. We had reservations in advance so it was a last minute accommodation. We turned the bedding down and at first glance I noticed the sheets were wrinkled (looked slept in). I didn't question it further since the made was made up. Once I pulled the sheet back further I saw a pair of old socks under the sheets. You can imagine my disgust. I called the front desk immediately and she kindly gave us another room. I asked her to let housekeeping know. She said she would. I am very disappointed that noone made an effort to contact us to acknowledge our experience or apologize for the inconvenience.
