Nestled on a private estate in the village of Well, the home features a warm, modern interior with a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, cozy living area, and a relaxing massage shower. Garden doors open to a private, fenced terrace and spacious garden—ideal for dining, sunbathing, or barbecuing. Two inviting double bedrooms and a large balcony offer peaceful views of surrounding meadows and forest, making this the perfect escape for rest and recharge. Bikes, a children’s bed, and high chair are available, making it ideal for couples or small families.

Located in the heart of National Park De Maasduinen, the property gives direct access to enchanting forests, scenic trails, and cycling routes that wind through North Limburg’s most beautiful landscapes. Just a short drive away, explore the impressive National War and Resistance Museum in Overloon or the lush Castle Gardens of Arcen. For those seeking wellness, Thermaalbad Arcen’s soothing thermal baths are only 8 km from the doorstep. Whether you're adventuring through nature or discovering local history, this location is a dream for those who cherish peace, space, and outdoor experiences.
