Nestled in Lakeview Heights, walking distance to some of the most notable wineries in the Okanagan, our private 4 Bed / 3 Bath home complete with a Private Vineyard, Heated Pool, Waterslide, Hot Tub, Movie and Games Rooms, and ample off-street parking, is yours to enjoy all to yourselves.

It seems anywhere you look these days and on every street there is a new house being built or renovated. Here in West Kelowna we are not immune to this phenomenon.

Our next door neighbor has converted their property to several empty lots up for sale.

Currently, as of August 2025, work is complete for all builds along our property line except for one that will be complete by end of September 2025.

NO PARTIES - Zero tolerance policy, registered guests can have a great time, but any sign of a party with non-guests on premise, you will be evicted.
VISITOR PRE-APPROVAL - Any visitors other than on the booking will require pre-approval prior to arrival. Cameras on property to monitor.
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE - We are an operational vineyard. There will be crews onsite and out of your way from time to time for upkeep.
