“We just needed it for a quick night's sleep as we were competing at Medway Park in a Ballroom Competition early the next morning. It was fine except for the description that it slept 7. It only had two beds that slept two people and then a couch. So the couch had to sleep 3 people, which did not work. My suggestion would be to advertise it for 5 or 6 people at most. The rest was fine. ”

“Stayed at this property for our daughter’s graduation from the University of Kent at the Rochester cathedral. Location was walking distance to the event and many shopping and dining options. Great secure parking as well as an extremely well appointed two bedroom two bathroom flat!”

“The hobbit’ house was just as described, tastefully decorated inside, very comfortable. The outside included a secluded private garden area with outdoor furniture, we loved this and the log fired hot tub. Location is rural so super quiet and loved waking up to the sound of the birds. Very relaxing stay. Loved it here and highly recommend for a chilled break”
