Please let me know when you check out! It really helps me plan my day. Occupying the unit past checkout (11am) will result in a charge of $100 unless otherwise prearranged.

No additional guests inside our home other than the amount listed on the reservation. Unregistered guests inside our home will result in paying a fine of $200 and termination of your reservation without refund.

You are required to let us know for approval of any additional guests that may be joining you at any time.

No smoking, no pets and no parties. This is a building Bylaw. Breaking this rule will incur being charged $200

Quiet times between 10pm and 8am. YOU WILL BE CHARGED $200 FOR BREAKING THIS RULE.
