Bathroom: Towels, soap, hair dryer, etc. Bedding: Sheets, pillows and blankets are available for all guests.

No parties. No smoking, no frying, no shoes in house. No drones. No motorcycles or vehicles with loud engine (private, residential street.) No trailers, campers, No public transportation- This is a country setting, car is necessary to fully enjoy the area and to get from place to place.

Please no shoes in the house, no pets, no smoking, no frying foods, no drones. If you fish, no cleaning fish in the house; use community fishing area to clean fish, located where Rt 425 and Rt 18 meet.
