The setback does provide for a quieter environment. I was truly impressed. good price. large clean quiet room. as a benefit, it had 2 stovetops and utensils. don't know if I was lucky or normal. staff was very friendly. yes, cats meet you at the door if not hiding under the carpet. close by to food. no breakfast but its okay. Clerk said that it would take 30 minutes to get a room ready. She told me she'd call me when the room was ready. An hour later there was no phone call from the clerk. I went back to hotel. Room was ready but the clerk never called to tell me. TV had no remote and didn't work. Bathroom had no sink. Had to use kitchenette sink to shave.
