For a Hampton it is slightly below average but overall a nice stay with super friendly staff, clean room, great breakfast, and even some free beer and wine for a few hours in the evening leading up to a football game. Very quiet rooms with very comfortable beds as you would expect from a Hampton. The only negative would be a slightly dated facility, but overall still a very nice stay. "
