"The room looked exactly like the pictures. Very clean and location couldn’t be better. Like you are in a peaceful secluded area. My son is a fishing guide in the area and this is just down the road from Craig so super easy access to fishing. Only issue we had was we didn’t have a code to get into the room but people staying there were able to help us get a hold of the property manager. We will definitely stay here again as it’s also the best value in the area."

"Great spot to stay off the town of wolf creek and Craig. Away from the highway , pine trees , Mountain Views , comfortable bed , close to restaurants and food. Maybe needs a bbq for guests to use - maybe I didn’t see it ??"

"When we come to fish the Missouri in wintertime this is where we always stay. Clean and comfortable, it has just enough necessities to reheat a meal after a cold day."

"The property has 4 short flights of steps which are more ladders. It will be challenging for anyone with mobility issues and/or small children. Holter is full of algae in late summer, fishing is still good but no one will want to get in the water. It is a one-person kitchen. The A-frame-type roof makes ceiling very close to bed, so watch your head. Holter Lake is a beautiful setting, but with all the additional charges, the price point is very high for the property."
