A modern kitchen with a cozy dining area for 4 people and direct access to the balcony invites you to cook and enjoy.

Our two bedrooms are beautiful for dreaming.
Two single beds and lovingly restored furniture in the dormer room and a double bed (180x200) with a walk-in closet in the north room.
A bathroom with a comfort shower (90x90) and toilet.

The equipment includes an induction cooker, two internet radios, 3 TVs, BluRay players, free WiFi and a parking space on the property.

High chair, travel cot, baby bath bucket and a hooded towel are available if required.

Still close to the beach and the center. In 10 minutes by bike you can reach the city center and the beach.
The beautiful mill park with Erdholländer, the bakery, the café and a Greek restaurant can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.
