“Sheets were dirty upon arrival for the sofa bed and the sheets on the main bed were filthy (including crumbs and hair) and stained. Very obviously not washed. My kids slept with the two (family of 4) bath towels that were in the unit. The host asked that the comforter be put in the washing machine - but the sheets for the sofa bed were in there already and dirty, probably because there was no detergent provided. I reached out to the host about our issues/concerns and have yet to hear a response.”

“Loved staying at the cottage on the lake. It’s exactly as the photos, quiet and lovely. The beach looks sandy and wonderful, it’s too chilly for swimming but looks nice. Beds are comfortable, couches make quickly into beds that are firm yet comfortable. Not far into town for groceries at the cutest store (Hardings) with excellent service, good selection. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!”

“This house and property are beautiful!! The beds were quite comfortable and the showers are fabulous!! There is definitely enough space in this house to have a very large family get together. My only complaint, and it’s not a big one, is that the furniture ie; couches, chairs both living room and the metal chairs are not comfortable at all. Overall though, myself and my family were extremely happy with our stay. The very open communication with the owners was a huge plus!”

“This is great for a playful day at the lake. Fun activities for lake fun, camp fire, hiking!! There is no mirror. So if you are using to prep for a wedding. This is not the place. Also, we had two couples. There was only one double bed and three twins. I should have paid better attention to the details. It’s quirky but quaint.”

“thanks brian. You have a very nice rental. Here are somethings, that i am assuming you are aware of but probably need some attention.*All towel racks in full bathroom are broken, missing or gone. Some parts are in the closets*black mold is growing on caulk in shower*black mold is growing on torn molding behind toilet*shelf is shower is broken and missing*towels are well worn and frayed--you can probably get new nice towels for 50 on amazon*closet in master bedroom has dirty sheets in it*blinds……
