“The view of lake was great. We were in cabin 1, But the cabins are really run down and not very clean. Oven was filthy and stove top and sink had deep scratches and chunks of porcelain hunks gone leaving black spots. Faucets had corrosion , water had a really bad smell. I could go on but I should stop. We will never stay there again or suggest it to our friends. ”

My 2 extremely minimal suggestions would be to maybe bring your own pillow and that the shower head was not the easiest to use for those with longer hair. They also supplied soaps, shampoo, etc, which I will have to keep in mind for the next time. Less to pack! Rockford unfortunately experienced 10 inches of snow, and with our early checkout, we had to shovel out. But we got a 50 dollar reimbursement, which was very kind.
