"Lovely property for a family holiday. Wonderful views to Pollença and Alcúdia. Everything one could ask for. House is rustic but suited our needs very well. One does need a car for getting around but only 10 minutes drive to Pollenca and nearest supermarket. Communication with owners/ team excellent. A lovely holiday for us a family of 8. "

"We really liked it here it met expectations per hotel descriptions. It is clean and modern and comfortable. Our room was serviced every day. The staff are super-friendly. It is lovely around both pools - so quiet too. The facilities on offer were good - we didn't use the restaurant but did use the bar, food shack and in-house coffee and cake cafe. We know Alcudia very well and mainly went to the beach and we also enjoyed a leisurely walk to the port in the evening for our main meal and the hotel was well-placed for this. We only have one criticism which didn't really detract from the holiday, it is just personal preference, and that was the fact that the bathroom was a bit too much a part of the room rather than being separated off. It was all a bit "continental" for us. We would definitely come back again though and highly recommend it."

"The property was perfect for a small group getaway. Its secluded location felt made us feel like we could fully relax but the distance to various towns was not far. Bedrooms with AC were great, kitchen did the job for cooking and the outdoor area (pool, dining table, bbq, table tennis) were all well equipped."

"This villa has the potential to be dreamy however the building it pretty neglected. We spent Christmas here and faced broken heating the entire time, no hot water on Christmas Day and water pump constantly flicking the fuse switch so losing water frequently. The bathrooms are outdated and new toilets arent fixed down. Plaster on the walls crumbles off, random hole in kitchen counter top, temperamental light in main en suite, strong smell of damp in the downstairs bedrooms, etc.Fortunately we only faced ants as our insect invasion - the property is in a nature reserve with a stream behind it so we think we were lucky not dealing with mosquitos. But the ants did become a bit tiresome. All of this said, the space inside and outside was perfect for us to have a big family Christmas. The pool looks very inviting, obviously too cold in December. Lots of footballs, volleyball, table tennis paddles and balls which we enjoyed. The BBQ was fab on Christmas Eve. The location is a really short drive from beautiful beaches in Pollensa which have play parks for children too. Communication before arrival was good and Frank the house manager/owner was really responsive and came out everyday to try and fix the heating. For us, the quality of the building didnt quite match the description of a "dream" finca because it didnt meet the expectations we had from these photos/listing. It has potential to easily be dreamy again if its given a good update/refit and some love."
