Perched high on a hilltop, this single-level, three-bedroom retreat offers some of the most breathtaking views in the entire region—especially at sunset.

Step inside to find a thoughtfully designed open-concept layout where the living, kitchen, and dining areas seamlessly flow together. West-facing floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and frame panoramic vistas of the valley below. The living room features plush seating for all, styled with carefully curated furnishings that strike the perfect balance between modern sophistication and cozy comfort.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.

Beautiful Views

The view is absolutely stunning! It is centrally located so we had no problem getting to many great wineries. The house was spotless and the kitchen was fun to cook in as a group - plenty of room. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is beautiful and the views are unbelievable. It’s close to many outstanding wineries.Our only issue was that the guest house (detached third room) was without hot water throughout our stay.

The house was perfect single level beautiful views large windows so you can enjoy the view from multiple rooms. A well equipped kitchen. The large couch with the gas fireplace made for cozy evenings . We will definitely be back such a wonderful weekend

Beauitful location for quiet weekend

My family had a lovely stay at this beautiful home near Carlton. The view from this property is a real treat. The house itsself is very comfortable in every way. We all enjoyed our relaxing weekend from this quiet and beautiful location on a hilltop amidst the vineyards and orchards. We plan to stay again when we come to the area. It is truly one of the best house rentals we've found.

We used this as a base for wine tastings but often did not want to leave the back porch due to the beauty of the landscape! Fabulous house with amazing amenities! Absolute 5 start rating!

Amazing stay

Overall this rental was an unbelievable experience. You are literally staying in a wine vineyard in your back yard. Had a group of 6 family and friends. Used the kitchen, fire pit and Bocce court every night. Met the owner and they were perfect. The wine from their home is terrific too. We would all highly recommend and location doesn't get any better for a trip to the Oregon Pinot region.

Spring break yamhill

The property is actually nicer than advertised and exceeded expectations. The views are amazing. With the booking were included many potential wineries with complimentary tastings. We chose Elk Cove and Solena and enjoyed both so much. The house was extremely comfortable,the kitchen was perfect for preparing meals. It was a fantastic stay.

Amazing house in the middle of wine country!

The is a perfect place to stay to explore the Willamette valley. The house is gorgeous, sparkling clean and has all the supplies you need for a great stay. The layout is perfect for couples as each bedroom has its own bath and the rooms are spread out across the house, so lots of privacy. Of particular note - the views are spectacular!! Be sure to pick up firewood on your way in so you can enjoy the amazing firepit and sunsets!!

Romantic Wine Country Get Away!

Location, location, location! Set on a hilltop overlooking the vines and valley of Yamhill, this gorgeous property provides all needed for stay-in and/or run-about options. A large professional cooks kitchen, large screen TV's, an outdoor grill and firepit help support a backyard Bocce ball court. within minutes of wineries and small towns with great dining options! A 5 STAR Property!

Beautiful home with a fantastic view

An absolutely beautiful property with a chef’s kitchen, great for cooking meals in with friends and enjoying the view after a day of wine tasting. Property management company was quick to respond and provided great informational materials. To note, the third bedroom/bathroom that is built out of the back of the garage is very comfortable but not at the same level of luxury as the rest of the property.

Our stay here was wonderful and we look forward to coming back. Communication was great. The house was so clean and had everything we needed. Spectacular views

Our group consisted of three couples, visiting Willamette Valley on a wine trip. We couldn’t stop talking about the amazing views. The house was pristine, with all of the amenities that you could wish for. There was plenty of space to spread out as well as gather together for meals. All of the furniture and beds were very comfortable. We’re all cooks, so the high end kitchen was a great bonus. We will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip.

This place is amazing

If you are looking for a house in the Wilamette Valley, look no further. Seriously, this place is amazing. It's not far from Portland and is in a perfect area for local wineries. The house was as clean as could be and has everything you would need for a perfect vacation. The views were outstanding. The kitchen is awesome and well stocked. Making meals at the house was a joy. If we ever return to the area, I see no reason to look for another spot.

The photo do no justice!

The best way to describe this home is WOW! Our stay was at the beginning of September. The view from the back porch over the vineyard and to the coastal mountain range was out of this world. Every room was perfectly clean and comfortable. The home is extremely spacious and there was plenty of room for us to relax. Comfortable indoor and outdoor seating so you can enjoy the spectacular view from every angle. A short 5-minute drive to the local town was very convenient. The hosts had great communication that made the check-in and checkout process flawless. When we come back to experience Willamette Valley, we'd love to stay here again.

Beautiful home that falls short

The house is lovely, well stocked and has beautiful views. Sadly, the shades don’t work, the independent ice maker is turned off and the one in the fridge is painfully slow. The bed in the 3rd bedroom is horrible and the whole bedroom and bath are uncomfortable - 3rd class to the rest of the house. Also water in that bathroom has a strong sulfur smell. All of this could and should be fixed to return the property to its reported premium status.
