"The house was exactly as advertised. We all were comfortable and had plenty of space. We used all the river toys, floats, paddle boards, and kayaks, and then came back and cooked meals, played pool and indoor games. We had questions about the river and the owner promptly texted back within minuntes. This was great for our group of adults and would have been wonderful if we had kids along. The best recommendation, is that we are all checking our calenders and planning for another trip. The friends that could not make it are all jealous of the fun we had."
