We have stayed in many vacation rentals and this one is top of the list on cleanliness. We have a family with 2 adults and 2 kids and there was certainly room for more. The area is quiet at night and a wonderful, short walk to Long Sands. Walking back to the house from the beach for forgotten items was a breeze. We were so happy with the house, location, and communication with the host. We loved that there is a washer and dryer. The enclosed nicely finished front porch is a great place to relaxe (watch TV, play cards, sleep) and it's separated from the main living space making it perfect for a family. My family has stayed here twice and both times it was a fantastic time. Very clean with great amenities, easy walk to the beach and convenient to all the other great spots around York Beach.
