“Very clean and well maintained rooms in a great location, can walk to many restaurants and see the sunset. Ivan is very friendly and helpful. He came to greet us because we couldn't find the apartment, we park the car in front of the apartment, make sure to rent a small car to drive through the narrow streets. This is our first time visiting Zadar, so the location is perfect to walk to the harbor, restaurants and local markets.”

“Although the entrance way was a bit scary , once we access the area of the rooms it was very pleasant, clean and charming. It should be noted that there is no elevator, however. The location was wonderful, but you do not have a view of anything as it is in a very old and I’m sure historic building.. Parking is on your own and up to you to find. You are right in the center of the old town however.”
