Inchecken was moeilijk er was niemand. 3 telefoonnummers welke je kon bellen na 15 minuten iemand aan de lijn die ons incheckte. Kortste incheck welke ik ooit heb gehad, duurde geen 10 seconden. Kamer deur open en weg was hij. Was het ook niet de goede kamer dus het hele bel ritueel opnieuw. Toen een andere kamer. Na 5 minuten belde de eigenaar daar moesten we ook weer vandaan. Maar goed je hebt vakantie dus tijd. This was planned works and we should have been told about it and offered an alternative. When this continued into the next day we complained and we're initially offered a move but this was later withdrawn as all other rooms were full. Special mention though to the member of staff in the restaurant who worked hard to try to resolve this for us and negotiated shorter times for the workmen to be on site. In the apartment, pillows were very hard making sleep difficult. One evening there was no hot water. Positives were a good location and nice breakfast provided by lovely staff.
