"I was on a cycling holiday across the Netherlands and had cycled 50km when I arrived at the property. While checking I realised that I had left my bank card in the previous town some 10 km away. The proprietress checked me in without payment and after I had a badly needed shower drove me there and back to collect their card. Really friendly and personable and a very comfy bed!"

"Be warned there are a lot of steep stairs, we were in the royal suite. But it’s well worth the climb, a beautiful huge room with very comfortable beds & a lovely bathroom, views over the rooftops.
Staff kindly valet parked the car (extra cost but worth it) & carried our bags up & down the stairs

"The hotel is lovely. We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were all very welcoming, polite and helpful. They are lovely.The food was excellent in the Restaurant.The area is very quiet. There are currently building works going on, but its not very loud at all. The spa area is very clean and a very nice area to relax in. I would highly recommend staying here. We are already planning our next stay here.

"The staff at the property were super friendly, and really seemed to enjoy interacting with children. They took their time to help with queries you had and never made you feel rushed. Really great team, thank you once again for making our stay memorable.
Breakfast was very good, only slight downside is that there was no toaster. The pillows were very high, and there weren't any flatter alternatives in the wardrobe. I asked the housekeeping team for a flatter pillow and they provided me with one. "
