“Oh dear. Having worked in hospitality and tourism for close to 30 years, I always try to find the positive when things go wrong but booking this apartment was a huge mistake. We arrived late on a Monday to find that it wasn’t the apartment that we’d actually booked on Expedia - it didn’t bear even a close resemblance - however we thought best make do and then speak to the agent the following day. Unfortunately by that point we’d found a seemingly endless list of snagging points including leaking……

“The rooms were SPACIOUS! And the apartment building is very quite, and felt very safe. Check-in took us a bit walking, but it was right along the way from the train station, and the instructions were very clear. It is walkable to everywhere, since the whole town is walkable distance. We really enjoyed our stay there.”

“Read the instructions carefully it is a no contact stay everything is is done by text message all initial access is threw an app provided by the manager coordinator with the manager before arrival and it will be a easy process The manager is very responsive and helpful it a new concept in the industry and I found it great once you understand the process I would definitely stay at any of the several properties in Europe that they manage”

“AC not enough, private bedroom but not apartment , steps later we found on details , if you get luggage is a problem . Nothing confortable at least the bedroom for my booking”
