“The condo was clean. No AC but breeze with windows open was comfortable. Walk the walkway along Pacific Beach was close by. Enjoyed lovely San Diego!”

“Unfortunately, our experience was not good. Upon arriving, we realized the place was very dirty. The floors were so gross our feet were black! We had taken a broom to sweep the floors and had ended up with piles of crumbs and hair. The bathroom wreaked of urine and actually had urine stains all around the bottom of the tile and caulking of the toilet. The bathroom mat that we are supposed to step on outside of the shower was still dirty and we shook our tons of hair and crumbs. After complaining...

“We’ve enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive. It is only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. While the unit was generally great, one bathroom had a noticeable amount of mold, which prevented me from giving it a perfect five-star rating. ”

“Great location across street from ocean. It was nice to sit in the hot tub after long walks on the many beaches. Second bathroom very small but we made it work. Management company and owner very responsive. Easy reservation, checkin and checkout process. Unit had a complete set up in kitchen and basic supplies. Had a relaxing and enjoyable trip!”

Perfect for 1-2 people, sooooo adorable with lovely artwork, indoor and outdoor showers and the indoor one looks like a sauna with wood floors and walls, the patio is so cute and has a table and a swing bench, and they even had tequila shots and chips with salsa waiting for us! 5 million stars. “2 small buildings with a few, very nice apartments that are perfectly located: 2 minutes walk from the beach with its swimming section, and 5 minutes from boutiques and bars. A sweet garden, and a garage to park. Ideal for families and kids! Reactive service very appreciated as well. Strongly recommend, the best quality/cost ratio in Pacific Beach. Enjoy!”
