When we arrived we were told our room wasn’t ready yet, even though check in was at 4:00 pm and it was 5:30pm. The staff was very apologetic and made sure to get us a room as quickly as possible. Once we got to our room we noticed it hadn’t been cleaned very well. There were hair balls in the bathroom, and dirt on the floor. We were in a rush so we didn’t have time to ask for a new room, just needed a place to put our things. We also noticed the walls/doors are extremely thin and you can hear everything happening outside of the room. Lastly, we were abruptly woken up by housekeeping knocking on other peoples doors/our door and loudly saying “housekeeping”. Very expensive for such a small room that hadn’t been cleaned very well.

Located in Easton which is a fabulous shopping and dining area in walking distance.

The staff were all so friendly and welcoming The food was delicious! Would highly recommend

This hotel could use a renovation and a deep cleaning. Staff was awesome, very helpful. The carpet was very stained and the furniture smelled bad. I would not recommend this hotel.
