Great location with easy access to Old Town and the Christmas markets. Staff was super friendly, everything was spotless, and the rooms were impressively quiet. My only gripes: the rooms are very small and ran hot with no real temperature control. Otherwise, a solid stay!

What stood out for me in staying at CitizensM was the excellent, and very helpful staff. Rooms were very clean. My only minor complaint was the very small sink outside the shower and toilet. I would definitely stay here again.

Very expensive for the small, hot rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially our check in host from Australia. We had problems with our IPad and everything went dark and I had to go downstairs to reboot. $300 for those type of things is the reason for my very average rating of the hotel.

Great hotel and location for the price. Very friendly and efficient staff. Mauro was very helpful with check in and gave us great suggestions for restaurants and sights to see. The coffee and tea available 24hrs was a nice touch. Very close to the botanical gardens which was lovely.
