I give it 3 stars for cleanliness because during the week we were there there was no mop to clean the house, the corner of the bathrooms had mold, a closet door was broken, the electrical outlet where the hair dryer was in the bathroom didn't work, we reported it and they never fixed it, and the girl at reception when we checked didn't say that the property had been renovated, I go almost every year with my grandchildren and this trip was not like the others, it's a shame I think they should have more control with the cleaning.

Everything was fine, but I found food from the previous tenants in the refrigerator and a bit dirty in the bathroom. The rest was fine. The door to the room does not close properly, you need a lot of force.

The room was full of mosquitos and was told by the front desk to deal with it. Also the water park lazy river and slides where getting closed every single hour for at least an hour. Waste of money
