The service was friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, clean, with a comfortable bed, complimentary in-room coffee, tea and water was provided. My room faced an interior “courtyard” and was very quiet.
The breakfast buffet was very good with a wide range of options provided.

It’s about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the old town, convenient and a lovely walk from the other side of the river toward the Charles Bridge.

Superior room is spacious and clean. All hotel staff is very friendly, helpful, knowledgable. Ready to answer question any time. Breakfast at Mozart cafe has a great seating with direct view at Famous Prague old town square Astronomical clock. Location of this hotel is very well centered, walking distance from shops, malls. Prague main train-station is accessible from the hotel to Vaclavske namestie on foot.

No air conditioning, no Fan , no windows to get fresh air!!
The heating was on and there was no way to turn a fan or cooler on, too hot at nights. Not a comfortable weather inside the room.
They should not mislead by saying it has air conditioning, as there is no control over the temperature and they should put a fan at least!
Not happy with my stay and will not book this hotel again!
