Went with a family of 5. Room was bigger and nicer than expected. Service was absolutely fantastic. Felt like there were more pools than people and even frequent downpours couldn’t ruin how amazing this resort is.

This review is quite ambiguous; on one hand, the hotel has all the amenities that you want, but on the other hand they are a bit worn down and reminiscing of a better time. It works though, so don’t worry. The biggest drawback of the place is the lack of service best shown by the lack of trust in guests. Let me explain a few examples; - there are pool towels, however if you lose either your voucher or towel, it’s $20 - there is a fussball table, but you have to go to the bar (other building) to pick up the ball - there is gym equipment, but you have to go to reception, have them open the door for you and note every single item that you use, and afterwards you have to go back to reception to get them to re-open the door and note return of said items! Who the hell steals a bench or a 50lbs kettle bell!? If you can live with this nonsense, I still recommend the hotel solely for the pools, not least taking advantage of the happy our in the swim-up bar at the thermal pools and just have your dinner there. Shut out to Greiven the bartender there.

Très bel hôtel, très bien situé proche du Rio céleste. L’avantage est qu’il possède deux accès (trail) accessible temps de se baigner, ce qui n’est pas le cas lorsque l’on est près de la cascade. Tout le personnel est absolument charmant et serviable. Le petit déjeuner buffet est vraiment incroyable ( spécialités locales)avec un menu où on peut commander des spécialités. Nous avons dîné au restaurant sur place ainsi qu’au restaurant asiatique, les plats étaient très bien servis et très bons. Spéciales pour la chambre, absolument fabuleuse de par sa surface et sa déco typique. Dès que vous entrez l’odeur du bois prend toute sa place et la vue depuis la terrasse sur la verdure est juste « Pura Vida »… Le plus également: la douche extérieure …Excellente étape .
