Straightforward check in service with affable staff, our room was wonderful, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful with directions and suggestions for our itinerary. Lovely terrace for daily included breakfast, although it was carb heavy, a few more protein options would have been nice to start the day. Riad Livia was the best part of Morocco for us! It’s close to the Medina but far enough away too that you have more peace and quiet. It’s absolutely beautiful inside the Riad, and it’s very calm. It always smells very nice inside the Riad also. The room was beautiful and exactly like the picture. And the people who work here are the kindest and most hospitable people we’ve had the pleasure to meet. Excellent service, gorgeous moorish architecture, staff coordinated all our excursions. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful every single day. Rooms are clean and air conditioned. Staff is always at your service no matter what time you need something. In site laundry service available.

For me, what distinguishes a good stay vs. a great stay is the level of service. From the moment you arrive at the Riad Cocoon, the owner (Corrine) personally greets you and makes you feel so welcome in her beautiful riad.
