Good standard

The staff are generally friendly but the reception staff are not as helpful as they could be. The hotel amenities are good, though many items on the continental menu were often out of stock. I will go back again

Really liked the place - friendly staffs especially Michael is one of the best customer related staff they have . Dinning option best, neat rooms . The view of Adomi bridge from the room is exceptional .

I had an amazing time at Lemon. We were running late (arriving after 9pm) and the owner called and messaged us for our dinner order so that we were well fed upon arrival. Once we arrived they had our rooms and keys ready. Staff stayed late to ensure we were set to go. Food was great! Drinks great! Entertainment great! Owners and staff welcoming. I did have an issue at the hotel and the owners responded immediately and apologized. They resolved it and created a great experience.

I travel for business and require mid to long term accommodation. I usually stay at hotels close to the airport but was fortunate to have stumbled across Accra Luxury Apartment. The accommodation was nice, comfortable, clean and safe. The property was new and pristine. The pictures do not do it justice. It is a very pretty place. The room was large, with a fridge. I downgraded it a bit because the carpet by the bed was not very clean, nor was the bathmat. We also had to request a top sheet. The fleece blanket thatvwas on the bed was too heavy, and was also not cery clean. The hotel staff said they don't put on top sheets, but they gave me a fresh one after I told them the fleece blanket was going to be too hot. This hotel is a gem. I came to visit the University of Cape Coast and found this hotel, which I believe is the closest to the university. The pool is marvelous. The rooms are tidy with working air conditioning and internet. There is free breakfast which is delicious. When I return to Cape Coast, I will be staying here. Thank you!

A very nice property centrally located in Accra. Good restaurant and very good people.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The pineapple juice at check-in was greatly appreciated. Sweet and refreshing. My room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately, another guest on my floor was praying literally shouting at the top of his lungs. I thought I would be patient and let him finish. But I needed to rest because I had an early flight the next morning so after 2 hours of this ordeal (it was past midnight at this point), I called the front desk and complained.
