I would rate the staff as top-notch with communication and friendliness also providing recommendations and reservations for us. We were on room 201 which was just 4 steps from the pool. We had our own patio where we could have room service and eat on the patio. Only draw back is the sun come in the room at 5sm and there is no way to block it out and make the room darker. Would definitely recommend the breakfast buffet it was awesome and if you want something you don’t see just ask and they will make it for you. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pool is a great place to lounge in right in the middle of the hotel with a nice poolside bar.
