Spectacular place with a spectacular setting. The whole vibe here just makes you feel instantly relaxed. Staff are lovely, the bedrooms are spotless and very comfortable and dining overlooking the lake is just perfect.

This hotel far surpassed my expectations! The suite was very spacious and comfortable with a fantastic view of the lake and a sauna outside on the deck. The pool was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious! Would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone. It was a very relaxing stay.

The property is located in the countryside, yet it’s less than a 10-minute walk to the train station. Our room was in a charming country house with beautiful views of the mountains and courtyard. The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful.

We just booked the hotel so we had somewhere to go when we landed in Verona but it was way more amazing that we could have thought. The hotel was beautiful and the views incredible. The included breakfast was delicious!! It was a little cold to get in the pools and we basically got up, ate and left but we would have loved to have stayed for a few days. Will have to come back.

I am a frequent traveller. This hotel had some of the worst staff I’ve ever experienced. Extremely rude and arrogant. Further, the hotel is dirty and the breakfast deserves a score of 1/10.

Havde booket 2 værelser i 3 nætter. De værelser vi fik den første overnatning var under al kritik. Det var mørke kælderværelser indrettet som et plejehjem med diverse handicapinstallationer. Heldigvis fik vi 2 nye værelser de to sidste nætter. Glem alt om at bruge voksenpoolen, for der er meget få solsenge og de er alle optaget med håndklæder fra tidlig morgen. Vi nåede aldrig at benytte den. I øvrigt er der ikke ret mange solsenge omkring poolområdet, så det kan være svært at finde en plads, hvis man ikke kommer fra morgenstunden. Forvent ikke poolservice, da der ikke kommer personale rundt og tager imod bestillinger fra baren. Man skal hver gang selv gå op i baren og bestille, men så kommer de ud med drikkevarer. Flot udsigt fra restauranten og god mad. Spa området er ligegyldigt. Vi var der i alt kun 10 minutter.
