The staff was so helpful and operated like a finely oiled machine. Easy check in. The room was spotless and large and super quiet, even though it was centrally located. It smelled wonderful, the shower was superb, the bed comfy. The morning buffet was good, even included gluten free options. We loved our stay and this is a true five star hotel. Hotel is a good location from the Metro. Rooms clean and well presented. Wi-Fi was terrible and constantly lost connection. Ended up using the restaurant across the roads Wi-Fi. Staff were friendly.
