We chose this hotel because it advertised a wellness centre. However, based on our extensive experience of visiting many wellness centres, I would not classify this as a wellness centre at all. It does have a swimming pool, but it is fairly small and does not have a bubble jacuzzi, whirlpool, or any other water features—just a swimming pool. There is also a very small dry sauna, which can accommodate only about three people. The gaps between the wooden wall panels make it difficult for the sauna to retain heat, so it was not particularly hot. There was also a gym, which looked good, but unfortunately the wellness centre closed at 7 p.m., so we did not get the chance to use it. Overall, the hotel was a convenient and pleasant place to stop overnight after a long drive. The hotel was very clean, the staff gave us a warm welcome, and the breakfast was spot on. As constructive feedback, I would recommend improving the wellness facilities, especially given how they were presented when we made the reservation. The room could also feel more welcoming with a few small touches, such as a coffee maker and kettle.

The staff was so helpful when we needed to stash our bags. Breakfast was top notch. Our room was right by the road and a little loud, but if you have one that is not in the front of the hotel it would not be loud.

Sicuramente le camere e l'hotel in generale è pulito,il reparto piscina lascia un po a desiderare, dovrebbe essere ristrutturato,rinnovato. Intanto non dovrebbero permettere ai ragazzini di giocare a palla in acqua almeno, poi con un hotel pieno tenere solo 8 lettini a bordo piscina mi sembrano pochissimi. Non c'era nessun addetto per chiedere la chiave degli armadietti,o che sorvegliasse per la sicurezza degli ospiti poi la sauna secondo noi non funzionava bene, era appena caldina.

Il letto matrimoniale è in realtà formato da due singoli affiancati: il materasso è piuttosto rigido e al centro si crea uno scalino decisamente scomodo. Durante la notte si percepiscono vari rumori che rendono il riposo meno piacevole. La TV è datata e il LED rimane acceso, risultando particolarmente fastidioso al buio. Infine, il bar non offre servizio di ristorazione e chiude alle 23: se si effettua il check-in tardi, ad esempio dopo una giornata alle terme, non c’è possibilità di trovare qualcosa da mangiare in struttura.
