The room is spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and great location. It was a great value for the stay. Only the downside was the air conditioning wasn’t cooled as I wanted but everything else was great.

The moment you step into the lobby, you feel welcome. Staff great you with a smile. The room are clean and surprised that it looked exactly on their advertise page photos and not AI generated. We have separate living room and bedroom that has two separate queen bed. Dual AC unit as well.

There was a moldy or musty damp smell around hotel, the reception staff was not helpful on offering information around the hotel. Example we arrived late but staff says nothing open and suggested their ₩55000 buffet dinner which was closing in an hour. It was a joke found next day there was many restaurants two blocks away 5 mins walk.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my trip. The location was excellent, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, convenience stores, and public transportation, making it very convenient to explore the city. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever I had a question. I especially appreciated how smooth the check-in and check-out process was. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Busan. I highly recommend Ocean Suites Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

Nice helpful friendly staff, good size heated pool, awesome ocean view, very very comfortable beds, clean rooms, and great restaurants nearby. Guests can use the laundry machines for free. Wickedly fast wifi and nice walking trail called secret garden. My only issue was the laundry dryer was very weak and restaurant price was very inflated.

Excellent location, friendly staff. Large spacious room with an extra room for a third person. Ocean view. Would have been ideal to have an actual bed then a floor bed for the third person which was a little challenging. But room was cleaned to a standard. Water provided for free. Great location with convenience store downstairs and a wonderful cafe serving fresh bakery goodies with highly recommended ice latte and ice matcha, salt bread and bagel. Close by is a shopping by mart, the main shopping area and also halal food place (Lebanese highly recommended).
