The first time some years ago we were stuck in middle of a river, had to plead with a passing boat to jump in, I had an infant and my mother and wife. No apology whatsoever came. This time around . Another of their terrible boat cruise offering jammed with us and struggled to move untill it was literally dark and the only one left, What bothers me is that nobody apologised for all this trauma.
