Before you arrive
Travelers over the age of 2 are required to wear face coverings. Additionally, you’ll want to check with your carrier to see what specific safety protocols they have in place, as well as any requirements your destination may have. Rapid COVID-19 testing is available in the Bus Shuttle Center.
Arrive at the airport
Passengers must wear a mask inside the terminal; complimentary masks are available at information desks. Screening procedures have changed for international passengers, so you’ll want to check ahead to see what’s required. To save time, you can view TSA Pre-Check availability online.
Airport concessions & amenities
Airport concessions are open and sanitary measures are in place, including hundreds of hand sanitizer stations. Contactless pay options are also available at most restaurants and shops. Airline lounges are operating as normal, but the Yoga Room and Family Lounge may be affected by safety protocols.
Airport Transportation
Curbside drop-offs and pick-ups are allowed, but only employees and ticketed passengers can enter the terminals. Trains and buses provide service to downtown Chicago and beyond, with the CTA Blue Line offering a direct connection. Taxis, rideshare services, and rental cars are also available.
