Immerse in Jiangsu's natural beauty

With a coastline of over 1,000 kilometers—and the stunning scenery of the Yangtze River—it’s no surprise that Jiangsu province has become synonymous with water. So much so, that there is a popular Chinese saying that goes, "above, there is Heaven; below, there is Suzhou and Hangzhou".

Aside from Jiangsu's natural beauty, there are the canals that cut through the many old water towns, world-famous classical Chinese gardens, architecture with centuries of history, and priceless treasures at the many museums dotted throughout the province.

And if culture is more of your cup of tea, Jiangsu also happens to be the cultural hub of Southern China, and the home of many famous traditions. Chinese opera, handicraft like lacquerware, embroidered brocade and silk production, can all be found in the 13 cities that make up Jiangsu.
