Overall a pretty good experience, but my one biggest complaint is how incredibly TIGHT the seats are. We were packed in there like sardines. Just a couple more inches of leg room (so our knees aren't pressed against the seats in front of us) and an inch or two on either side of each seat would make the flight far more comfortable.

The staff prior to boarding are not very friendly and rude in the way they talk to you and this is my second experience with that. Once on the plane the flight attendants are kind, funny and attentive.

Loved the trip back from Panama City to San Francisco!! New, modern plane; wasn't crowded so you could move about and change seats, if desired. Two meals, free glass of wine, free beverages. The trip from San Francisco to Phoenix was on United Express. The plane was small, but OK. However when disembarking, we noticed the passengers forming another line - someone said to get their baggage. We thought this was very strange! We had to get our bags directly off the plane? When we got to the head of the line, we were told that our bags were in Baggage Claim in the airport, these were the "green tagged" bags. Wish someone would have told us! Put a sour note on an otherwise great trip!
