My phone was dying, which I know is not the responsibility of ANY airline, but I specifically booked alaska airlines for my trip back home, because of the WIFI. I was in Chicago for a family medical emergency and knew that I would have to arrange things while on the plane and that I would need charge. In the airport I spent 50$ on a charging chord for my phone, and none of the outlets worked. Although I know it is no one else's responsibility but mine, I paid 100$ extra to be able to charge my phone, and was not able to.
Would have loved to have been able to choose a window seat. :(
I haven't had a problems using Expedia as my source of travel arrangements. I recommend Expedia to others and hope they will also experience Expedia as a reliable, and cost saving transportation and hotel accommodations. Thank you
