If your ideal vacation involves playing a round of golf, a play-and-stay golf holiday may be in your future. Golf resorts and hotels feature either an onsite golf course or partnership with a nearby golf course. If they don't have an onsite golf course, they may offer shuttle service to nearby golf courses.
Higher end golf resorts may include clubs, caddies, carts, and more in their package price. Golf vacation packages may also include green fees and country club passes. Others may offer those perks and services for a small fee.
Many golf resorts have other amenities such as game rooms, pools, playgrounds, and restaurants for the non-golfers in your party.

Rooms were spotless . Staff was incredibly helpful and polite. Grounds were very well maintained along with the hotel and restaurants. Highly recommend including the breakfast with your stay. Short drive into town. Alot of shops and cafes. Edinburgh castle is a must see. Short train ride into ...

The hotel was excellent, a large room with everything a family needs (including a washing machine). The staff was courteous and helpful, the breakfast was very good, the shuttles were excellent, punctual and very punctual. I will return to this hotel next time.

The surroundings are beautiful but the Inn needs more updating. Everything was clean, but the doors were old and not latching easily. The beds were clean and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and nice.

Rooms seem to be outdated now, after staying in them numerous times. Bathrooms needs a remodel e.g. peices falling off the bath. As well as the usual resort fees, there is a new $10 a day 'parking' fee, which is beyond a joke.
