Breakfast buffet was OK, front desk young lady was very helpful and nice hotel was down the block from the train station so it was quite crowded but manageable. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the lighting in the bathroom is good too. The hotel is right along the river, and there are many restaurants and shops an easy walk away. We are so happy with our choice to stay at this property for our stay in Florence. We would highly recommend this hotel, and in fact I already recommended it to a friend who will be in Florence this summer!
