Lifts were out of order and so only 1 out 2 lifts to the higher levels was working. This meant waiting for up to 15-20 mins to go up to your room or come to the ground floor. Staff were apologetic but there wasn’t much they could do. It made the stay that much more inconvenient.

Stephen in the restaurant in the evenings was a great bloke, friendly and with an awesome sense of humour. Made the experience all the more fun.
Lucy who greeted us and looked after us in the morning breakfast times was also lovely, friendly and made us feel welcomed and valued.

Our stay was fine, nothing special.
Wouldn't say staff were particularly friendly or welcoming.
The room was fine, clean and had all the basics.
Bed was very soft and bouncy which woke me every time my husband rolled over.
Gym was just a couple of machines and smelt like mouldy room.
Buffet breakfast was very average but from what we ate seemed fresh.
Parking next door was easy, but cheaper to pay there than the hotel (hotel wanted to charge us $60 to pay through them, we only paid $4 paying directly).
As a VIP we were suppose to get a bottle of wine, which we didn't receive (at other hotels we've never had to ask for our bonuses)
Would only consider staying there again because it was clean and the location was fantastic for where we needed to go.
