North Shore Adventure Vacations

Disappointed that the room we booked was not what we got. The pictures online were inaccurate otherwise. Also told the new policy for hilton was a self parking fee which if ridiculous. The room was clean but needs revamping. Curtains are toren and either there was maintenance happening at 6am or something with the mechanical room that was very loud to wake you up.

The hotel looks nothing like the impression created by the photos online. Our rooms were extremely dated and worn, and the whole property felt more like an old roadside motel than a 4-star hotel. The bathroom was particularly unpleasant, with visible dirt and grime in the shower that was simply unacceptable. We were so disappointed with the condition and cleanliness that we checked out after the first night despite having paid for two. Beautiful oceanfront location, but the hotel itself was a major disappointment.

Small room but overall clean and comfortable
