it was ok to many people in and out and lobby area because a convention that we dont know.
Front desk staff exceptional . Bar was Understaffed for a weekend night and a home game. Hotel was quiet, eventhough it was full. The lack of complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning was a major disappointment.
Very friendly, allowed early check in and late check out at no extra cost.
The location of the property and the excellent staff at the hotel.

5 stars all around- extremely friendly staff- great location to pubs and restaurants and Fenway park!
Interesting downtown property. The room was spacious, clean and all was fairly quite.
Clean room with historic feel. Relatively spacious for luggage. Breakfast was good.
