Yerevan All inclusive Vacations

Good hotel, perfect location

I stayed at Nine Rooms for one night during my visit to Yerevan, Armenia, and I was very happy with my stay. The apartments are spacious, very clean, comfortable, and extremely well equipped. They have everything you could need, including a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, and dishes. The room was very large, tidy, and impeccably clean. The location is also excellent, just a few blocks from the city centre, making it very convenient for exploring Yerevan. The manager was wonderful — very kind, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. She also gave me useful guidance and recommendations, which made my stay even easier. The property is located on the second floor of a regular residential-style building, accessible by stairs. From the outside it looks like a normal building, but inside you find all the hotel apartments. Everything is very well maintained, clean, tidy, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Nine Rooms if you are looking for a spacious, clean, well-equipped, and well-located place to stay in Yerevan. I would happily stay here again.

The lobby is very small, and parking is difficult — even just stopping to unload luggage. That said, the location is excellent, and they do provide parking, which is rare in this area. The staff are friendly, though I found it very difficult to book the sauna. Apart from a few minor issues, this is a very good hotel.

Location, quality, service - outstanding!!! Room size could be larger.
