We would have been happy with our stay if not for the communication of the front desk staff and management.
We had a few issues during our stay (wrong all inclusive plan on file, left an item in our room after checkout and requested to see if they found it but no reply, the facial at the spa discoloring skin and ignored by the manager, the room we initially were provided did not have a working lock and the room we were redirected to was not set up properly for our arrival) and we were told they would get back to us and they never did, they ignored our concerns until after we left so that they would not have to deal with it. After our return, we followed up by email, and have been ignored.

"À notre arrivée dans la chambre le ménage n’a pas été fait correctement, baignoire non nettoyé. Bonne superficie pour la chambre et belle vue sur la piscine. Le personnel est aimable. Tout le potentiel n’est pas exploité au mieux c’est dommage."
