Got to hotel after long flight try to check in wanted £389 just saying this issue is with you and vendor that’s it

honestly don’t know where to start. It’s unbelievable to think a hotel can be this perfect, but this place truly is. When the A/C in Room 377 stopped working, the front desk team immediately took care of us and changed our room without any issues. Their service was outstanding. The restaurant staff was amazing, the food was delicious, and every meal was a great experience. Special thanks to Yassine, Lamiaa, Youssef, Yossein, El Habib, and Ismail for making us feel so welcome throughout our stay. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made all the difference. And the entertainment… wow! The DJ was fantastic, and the African performers were absolutely incredible—so much energy, talent, and fun. Every single person made our stay memorable. The only unfortunate part of our stay had nothing to do with the hotel itself. Some guests would reserve pool chairs early in the morning by leaving towels on them for hours without actually using them. It’s inconsiderate to other guests who are trying to enjoy the pool area. There are designated places to leave personal belongings, and pool chairs should be available for those who are actively using them. Thank you all for an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back!

Be aware that if you arrive early you have to pay an early check in fee, otherwise you won't even be offered a glass of water. By checking in early you also will not get a room earlier than 15:30. The towel service is terrible, you have to pay a deposit to receive towels, and they will not let you change your towels everyday. Yes they have some rule where you can only change your towels every 2 days, and the timings are ridiculous. Hotel reception process is long and staff think they are entitled, very rude. If you enjoy drinking tea, coffee in a plastic cup this hotel is for you. Line for alcoholic beverages are always long and unless you tip service is slow. Snack bar is a joke, stale burgers service for lunch everyday. Literally leave them out once cooked under a heater for god knows how long. Beer service at the snack bar is also slow, beer tap is slower than a turtle. Buffet is the same everyday, it gets boring. Rooms are terrible, they smell, phone did not work, bidet broke down, you will not get an iron or kettle in room. The pool got shut down 3 to 4 times whilst I was their because adults dropped turds in the pool. They even charge you for ice cream for kids at every available place. Also, every cup at the buffet is chipped. Watch your lips and tongue.

This place needs a complete overhaul. I would not recommend it. Members of staff pass the buck and for any query will ask you to ask someone else. - gutter smell around the pool toilets with lots of drain flies - poorly maintained, our bin was not working and bathroom smelt extremely damp. - when i complained no one got back to me - service is really poor. - the beach are is very crowded and is not private - Generally very run down and does not feel like a sofitel at all. - Our bathroom flush button was broken and the bathroom had loads of drain flies - Entertainment is very loud - balcony has bird poo and no one bothered to clean it - no iron in the room and the fridge does not work - gym is no bigger than the room and the aircon was out of order - food labelling wasn’t there so you don't know what you're having The good - decent selection at breakfast - they change the towels

The whole point of being on holiday is to relax people were covering their sunbeds with towels from as early as 7.30am. I wasn’t prepared to pay for a lounge although they seemed to be booked up too. In our six day stay we never sat by the pool once.

Très bon séjour au Be Live Collection. Le personnel est chaleureux du début à la fin, la piscine et les espaces communs sont bien entretenus, et la restauration all-inclusive est à la hauteur. Une mention spéciale à Achraf, le chef de bar, et à son équipe. La sélection de cocktails est magnifique, digne des plus grands clubs de nuit de Marrakech, et tout est inclus dans la formule all-inclusive. C'est magnifique à ce prix-là, ça bonifie vraiment l'offre de cet hôtel.

We all loved it! Great selection of slides, pools. It says they have 4 restaurants but really it was one restaurant that had buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner, one restaurant that opens from 3 pm to 5 pm for crepes and hamburgers and one cafe with pastries and sandwiches. In general the slides could use some repainting. Staff can do better with cleaning up the common area around the main pool/main cafe since that’s where most guests hang out. Our room was big enough for 5 people. But honestly we were overall very pleased with the resort.
