The rooms are nice and spacious. The landscaping and beach access are great. Good spa area and wellness spaces. However overall the shared spaces such as pools and restaurants are tired and in need of an upgrade. The staff were nice but there seemed to be a lot of miscommunication between staff members and service could be slow. Food and cocktails were average.

A great hotel, with incredible staff! Special thank you to Vishik who went above and beyond! He actually helped us to upgrade to the palace during our stay, and i must say the food at the palace is far better than turquoise!

The room was excellent — spacious, beautifully done, with a massive and very comfortable double bed, a lovely balcony, large TVs, and a really nice modern shower. Everything felt well thought out and high quality.
The hotel itself is superb. There’s genuinely a lot to do: tennis courts, kids’ club, adult activities, a cinema room, and plenty of space to relax. The beach is absolutely beautiful — calm, clean water and perfect for swimming and relaxing. It’s one of the highlights of the resort.
What really makes this hotel stand out, though, is the staff. Every single person we encountered was friendly, warm, and genuinely keen to make sure you have a great stay. They consistently went out of their way to help, whether it was the restaurant teams, housekeeping, gardeners — everyone.
A special mention to the team at the Blue Bodrum restaurant, particularly Jason, Dergesh, Sita, Lucy, and Vina, who were outstanding and made our meals feel extra special.
Overall, this is a very high-quality hotel that deserves its strong reputation. A wonderful holiday, fantastic service, and a place we would happily return to. Highly recommended.
