杰拉达海滩假期

The address shown is incorrect. It will take you to another hotel located a lot closer to the beach. The hotel is about a 10 minute drive to the beach, or a long walk. The room was very spacious. There were multiple hairs on my bedding. Other than that the room was clean. The pool looks bigger in the photos. Parking was on the street, if available. Breakfast is for an extra charge.

Wonderful staff, beautiful clean rooms, overall amazing experience, would return to Sofitel !!

Great architecture and pool area

The property was not clean everybody smoke everywhere in the food was bugs

Not at all a 5 star imo, instant coffee, limited towels, no robe, no slippers, limited and old tv, cheap, lounging towels, very cheap loungers (other than the beds) but most of all the restaurants are overpriced and very limited and low quality (although designed nicely). Low skilled chefs (8min omelette :D ) and Breakfast gets tired after a week and one night i actually got food poisoining this issue is exacerbated with its remote location. Despite all this, I didnt have a bad stay, service staff is very well trained, not overly crowded, good amount of water provided, great views and nice pool. Most of all, perfect loc for an amazing golf course next door.

垃圾，在前台等了两小时才入住，一点都不值。rubbish, wasting 2 hours in checkin, bad service but expensive, not worthy!
