Pacific Coast Beach Vacations

We booked a 5 night stay under the Premium level. The room was clean with all amenities included. Resort area such as the pool and hallways were clean. However, the food in the buffet was a 2/10 to be completely honest. The food was rinsed and repeated over and over allowing for no variety in the meals and furthermore, felt to be a chaep way to take on the all-inclusive title. Additionally, if you weren't at the pool bar it was almost impossible to get a drink as you had to rely on the workers passing by the adult pool. Another point to remember is that the "games room" was pay to play regardless of the tier you choose for your stay. If all of that wasn't enough, most of the staff couldn't communicate in any other language other than Spanish making communicating simple requests very hard. Lastly, the entertainment portion of the resort was done exclusively in Spanish as well making it not very inclusive to those who didn't speak the language which made it feel like a disappointment. Overall I think that if you cannot speak Spanish very well you should avoid this hotel at all costs as it really takes away from the Mexico experience and of you are a food lover then this resort not for you.

I had a great time in Riu

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The service was attentive, warm, and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The food was incredibly delicious, and every meal was something to look forward to. The water was warm and inviting, and the snorkeling experience was truly unforgettable. The property itself was beautifully maintained, and the breathtaking views from almost everywhere on the grounds made the entire experience even more special. From the amazing hospitality and delicious food to the beautiful surroundings and unforgettable snorkeling, everything exceeded our expectations. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

We had an amazing stay! The service was excellent from start to finish, and the hotel offers great value for families. There was always something to keep the kids entertained, which made the experience even more enjoyable and relaxing for us as parents. A very special shout-out to **Mr. Alfonso at reception**, who was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional. Also, a huge thank you to **Miss Luz at the towels station** for always being so kind and friendly. Their attention to detail and warm service truly made a difference. This is a great hotel for families looking for a fun, comfortable, and enjoyable vacation. We would definitely come back! 🤍✨
